• A two or three night minimum stay applies in season and on major holidays. There is no minimum stay required January 2 - June 17, 2010 with the exception of Memorial Day Weekend, May 28, 29, 30, 2010, which has a two night minimum. For weekends in July and August the Simple Victorian, Old Fashioned, Country and Romantic rooms have a three night minimum stay. Two night stays are available for the Regal, Cape Cottage and Classic rooms. A few rooms can accommodate three persons at a charge of $40 per night for the third person.
  
  
• Deposit policy: one or two nights stay - full payment is required, three or more nights stay - 50% of the room charges is required. Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards are accepted. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.

• Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival date entitle you to a full refund, less $25 handling fee. You are responsible for full payment of your initial reservation if you choose to cancel or shorten that reservation within 14 days of arrival unless we are able to re-rent the room.

• Check Out 10:30 am, Check In 2:30 - 7:30pm. Please call for special arrangements if you expect to arrive after 7:30 pm. Our accommodations are not suitable to pets, children under 12 or an extra person in the room. We are a non smoking inn.
